What are the main differences between the contecline, silverline and basicline plus series?
The contecline series is a versatile solution for miniload and e-commerce systems - lightweight, quiet and optimised for fast flow of goods.
silverline is a solid classic in the industry, extremely durable and suitable for the most difficult deployments. basicline plus fills the high-volume container segment for transporting larger parts and goods with full compatibility with automated systems.
What is the load capacity of the different types of intralogistics containers?
The load capacity depends on the design of the bottom and the type of container. Contecline with a miniload bottom can carry up to 50 kg, silverline offers variants from 20 kg (smooth bottom) to 50 kg (heavy duty variants), basicline plus can carry 35-50 kg depending on the type of bottom. The static stacking load can be up to 300 kg.
Are the boxes compatible with different automatic systems?
Yes, all our intralogistics boxes are designed to work with popular automated storage systems, including AKL (automated small parts storage), shuttle systems, conveyor lines and shelf stackers. Their design ensures smooth operation on both roller and belt conveyors.
What dimensions are the boxes available in?
Our boxes include standard euro formats: contecline 600×400 mm and 650×450 mm, silverline 300×200 mm, 400×300 mm, 600×400 mm and 800×600 mm, basicline plus 400×300 mm, 600×400 mm and 800×600 mm. Each format is available in different heights for optimum use of space.
Is it possible to personalise?
We offer a wide range of customisation options, including different bottom types, optional baffle slots, ESD designs, covers, partitions, colour variations, different types of handles and labelling options (labels, printing, RFID). For specific projects, custom solutions can also be developed to meet your requirements.
