Hinged lids for lightline containers

The hinge mechanisms are designed to withstand frequent use in demanding intralogistics environments. The lids are made of high-quality polypropylene, just like the plastic lightline containers, which guarantees their durability and compatibility. With these lids, the boxes can be stacked frequently.

Hinged lids are ideal for applications where security of contents is important, frequent access is required or there is a risk of loose lids being lost. They are used in distribution, manufacturing processes or for storing more sensitive materials. They are available for a variety of lightline case sizes.

Thanks to the use of hinges, the lid can be easily opened and closed, which improves handling and efficiency. Some models are additionally equipped with locking mechanisms in the open position, simple locks or the possibility to attach a seal, which allows the more valuable contents to be secured.

In contrast to loose-fitting lids, hinged lids are firmly connected to the container by means of integrated hinges. They provide solid protection for the contents against dust, dirt and unauthorised access.
