The lightline series has been designed to reduce weight as much as possible while maintaining full functionality.

The lightweight design makes it easy to handle, transport and integrate into automated systems, while meeting the requirements of modern logistics.

  • Standardised dimensions:
    The basic base dimensions are 400 × 300 mm and 600 × 400 mm - with guaranteed full compatibility with Euronorm containers and pallet systems.
  • Different wall types:
    Versions with solid (closed) and perforated walls are available - depending on the ventilation needs of the contents.
  • Transparent design:
    Solid containers can optionally be made of transparent or translucent plastic, allowing the contents to be quickly identified - without having to be opened.
  • High stability:
    The robust sidewall construction ensures exceptional strength and stability of the containers - even when stacked and fully loaded.
  • Ergonomic handles:
    The handles on the lightline containers have been designed with ergonomics in mind, making them easier to handle and reducing the risk of injury and overloading during operation.
  • Manual and automatic operation:
    The containers are suitable for both manual handling and automated transport of light goods on conveyor belts.

Some models of full lightline containers are available in a semi-transparent version, allowing the contents to be seen at a glance without having to open them. This solution is suitable wherever it is important to check the type or quantity of products stored - even when the containers are stacked.

To facilitate the picking of goods and access to the contents, bekuplast offers variants of lightline containers with an inspection hole or hinged flap. These containers have a cut-out at the front or side, allowing products to be easily removed without having to remove the containers from the stack. Some versions are fitted with a transparent flap to close the opening, allowing a quick view of the contents and convenient retrieval of goods - even when stored in a stack.

  • hinged lids, which are fixed to the box and open as a one-piece flap.
