Euro-Norm ESD electrostatic discharge protection

EURO-NORM ESD are specialised plastic containers designed to protect sensitive electronics from harmful electrostatic discharges.

These anti-static boxes effectively dissipate static charges, preventing damage to components during handling and storage.

  • Antistatic protection
    The containers are made of PP-ESD (electrostatic conductive polypropylene), which constantly dissipates static charges and prevents the build-up of static electricity. Electronic components are thus protected against discharges of 35 volts.
  • Standard dimensions
    The design of the containers corresponds to Euro-standard dimensions (300×200, 400×300, 600×400 to 800×600 mm), ensuring full compatibility with Euro-pallets and racking systems.

VDA-R-KLT plastic containers for transporting electronics

Made from conductive PP-ESD plastic, it ensures the dissipation of electrostatic charges and the safe transport of electronic components within the automotive industry’s supply chains. The solid walls and reinforced base of the VDA-R-KLT enhance stacking stability, whilst its Euro-Norm dimensions enable use in automated and racking systems.

VDA-KLD lids for electrically conductive containers

Special snap-on lids for VDA-KLT containers used in the automotive industry. Made from conductive PP-ESD plastic, they provide effective protection for components against electrostatic discharge, enable secure closure and allow for stable stacking in logistics processes.
