Optimisation for automated warehouses (AKL)
AKL basicline plus containers have been designed with the specific requirements of modern intralogistics in mind. Their design enables them to be seamlessly integrated into automated small parts warehouses. The reinforced edges and stable construction ensure safe gripping and manipulation by industrial robots. The bottom of the boxes can be fitted with special holes to drain water or improve air circulation, which is important in various industries
Material and durability
The plastic containers are made of high-quality polypropylene copolymer (PP-C), which guarantees a long service life and durability even in demanding conditions. The material is resistant to most oils, fats, acids and alkalis. In addition, the boxes are 100% recyclable, which supports sustainable resource management. The smooth inner walls make cleaning easy and ensure hygienic storage.
Available bottom variants and compatibility
The basicline plus AKL series offers different bottom variants, including a smooth bottom, or a miniload bottom for maximum load capacity on conveyors. This variability ensures optimum performance in all types of conveyor systems. The boxes are compatible with other Euro containers and can be supplemented with accessories for basicline plus boxes such as hinged lids.
Possibility of personalisation
We offer a wide range of personalisation options, including a choice of colours for easy identification or printing of your company logo. Special label holders are also available for effective marking of contents. Drainage holes can also be provided in the containers if required.
