basicline plus container variants for logistics and industry

The basicline plus range offers a wide variety of products for various logistics and industrial applications

basicline Plus AKL container

AKL containers are designed for use in automated storage systems for handling small parts. The containers are designed to operate in automated stacker cranes and on conveyors, ensuring stable handling and compatibility with internal transport systems.

The basicline plus container with a standardised base dimension

Designed for use in belt conveyor systems and automated warehouses, these containers ensure the stable transport of small items in intralogistics. The reinforced frame and corner construction enhances resistance to deformation, whilst the option of a sandwich-type or miniload base and slots for dividers allows the container to be adapted to a variety of applications.

An inspection hatch on the shorter side allows access to the contents without removing the container from the stack, which streamlines order picking and stock checks. The PP-C construction ensures high durability combined with low weight, whilst the availability of a miniload base and slots for dividers allows the container to be adapted to intralogistics processes.

basicline plus container with swing flap

The hinged flap on the shorter side is designed to allow access to the contents without removing the container from the stack, whilst protecting the items from dirt. The PP-C construction, the availability of a miniload base and the option to divide the interior with partitions allow the container to be adapted to intralogistics processes.

Accessories for basicline plus

A full range of accessories, including lids, dividers, runners, castors and other components, to adapt the crates to the specific requirements of logistics processes. All accessory components are designed to maximise the practical utility and ergonomics of the crates.

The option to fit runners, wheels or feet increases transport flexibility and makes it easier to handle heavier loads. The reinforced frame and corner construction, combined with the PP-C material, ensure high stability during transport and storage, whilst the miniload base enables use in conveyor systems and automated warehouses.

Loose lids on basicline plus container

Made from PP-C polypropylene copolymer, it ensures durability and makes it easy to maintain a high standard of hygiene, whilst its compatibility with basicline plus containers in the standard 600×400 mm size provides effective protection for the contents against dirt during transport and storage, whilst retaining stackability.

Hinged plastic lids for the basicline plus container

The hinged lid attached to the box allows quick access to the contents without having to remove it. This design allows the container to be opened frequently without affecting the way the contents are stored. It effectively protects the contents from dirt during transport and storage.

Features

basicline plus - sophisticated design for demanding applications

The basicline plus range of containers offers a number of design solutions that ensure their high functionality, durability and versatility in modern intralogistics.

1

Reinforced edge

The top section features a reinforced edge that fits precisely onto the bottom of the crate when stacked, increasing overall strength.

2

Adjustable bottom

Available in various versions – smooth, solid, miniload, sandwich (designed for the heaviest loads), optionally with water drainage holes.

3

Ergonomic handles

Located on both shorter sides and longer sides, they ensure a comfortable grip and easy handling.

4

Cover variants

It can be supplemented with a loose-fitting or hinged lid to securely close the contents and protect them from dust or damage during storage and transport.

5

Dimensional modularity

The dimensions fully comply with Euro-Norm standards, ensuring that individual sizes fit together perfectly and optimise the use of space on pallets.

6

Durable material

A special polypropylene copolymer withstands temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +60 °C, is resistant to most chemicals and guarantees long-term dimensional stability.

Industries

basicline plus - the solution for many sectors of industry and logistics

The large plastic containers of the basicline plus series are used in many industries thanks to their durability and adaptability.

basicline plus boxes are ideal for automated warehouses, distribution centres and internal logistics in companies. Their design has been optimised for high-bay warehouses, automatic stacker cranes, conveyors and picking stations. They facilitate the flow of materials within the company and increase the efficiency of storage and dispatch processes, leading to significant time and cost savings.

basicline plus are used in particular in the automotive and mechanical and electrical engineering industries. The robust plastic basicline plus boxes withstand harsh production conditions, protect parts and components from damage and enable their safe transport between workstations. Thanks to the possibility of using internal partitions, different components or sets of parts can be separated.

basicline plus containers are fully prepared for automated storage systems (ASRS). Their design is optimised for manipulators, conveyor belts and carousel warehouses. They have the required rigidity and dimensional precision to ensure reliable gripping and depositing in automated racks. The special miniload bottom and reinforced edges guarantee trouble-free operation even at high handling speeds.

Thanks to their variability and durability, these plastic containers can be used throughout the entire logistics chain - from production, warehousing and distribution to retail. They are reusable, thus reducing costs and protecting the environment. basicline plus proves its worth wherever reliable protection and organisation of goods is required.

Green solutions

Sustainability and environmental aspects of basicline plus boxes

At a time of increasing pressure on environmental protection, the large plastic basicline plus boxes offer an environmentally friendly solution for modern logistics processes.

The basicline plus containers are made from 100% recyclable polypropylene copolymer, which can be fully reused at the end of the boxes' useful life. Thanks to their exceptional durability and long service life, they significantly reduce the use of packaging materials and contribute to the reduction of plastic waste. The repeated use of these durable containers in the logistics chain replaces disposable packaging and supports the principles of a closed loop economy.

bekuplast places a strong emphasis on eco-friendly production, waste minimisation and the use of energy-saving technologies, making basicline plus boxes a responsible choice for companies concerned about their environmental footprint.
