Our offer

EURO-NORM basicline container variants

Discover the wide range of EURO-NORM basicline boxes for industry, which includes different wall types, sizes and accessories for every application.

basicline containers - containers closed

A multi-purpose plastic box with smooth, solid walls, designed for transporting and storing small goods or bulk products in environments requiring high hygiene. The solid walls effectively protect the contents from dust, dirt and light while facilitating cleaning. Available in a variety of sizes, optionally with a ribbed bottom for increased load capacity.

Perforated plastic containers basicline

The practical box with openwork openings in the walls ensures optimum air circulation and effective moisture removal. Ideal for products that need to "breathe" - such as cakes, fruit or vegetables - and for quick drying of boxes after washing. The openwork construction reduces the weight of the container while maintaining high stability.

Plastic containers with inspection window basicline

An innovative solution with a rectangular opening in the side wall allows quick access to the inside of the container or access to its contents - even when the box is stacked. This greatly simplifies picking in distribution centres and warehouses, allowing the operator to remove products from the middle box without having to dismantle the entire stack.

Plastic containers basicline with hinged lid

An improved variant fitted with a hinged flap that covers the inspection opening when access to the contents is not required. The hinged and latched flap ensures robustness and tightness - when closed, the container functions like a full-wall box. This is ideal for warehouses where flexible access to the contents is important without sacrificing protection of the goods.

Transparent plastic containers basicline

The transparent version of the containers allows a quick view of the contents without having to open them, making it easier to organise work and identify materials in the warehouse. Ideal for smaller containers and wherever transparency of the stored product is important.

Recycled plastic full containers basicline "The Blue Angel"

An eco-friendly version of containers made from recycled plastic, awarded the prestigious Blue Angel certification. Retains all the properties of standard containers while reducing the carbon footprint. Available in black with distinctive logo. An excellent choice for companies committed to sustainability.

Plastic covers loosely fitted basicline

Simple, removable lid that is easily placed on the box. Protects contents from dust and other environmental contaminants. Allows quick access to the inside and convenient operation. Fits all basicline box sizes.

Plastic lids loosely applied basicline "The Blue Angel"

An eco-friendly version of the cover made from recycled plastic and certified by Blue Angel. Provides the same functionality as a standard lid while reducing environmental impact. An ideal complement to the eco-friendly version of the Basicline boxes.

Plastic snap-on covers basicline

Secure snap-on lid that holds firmly to the box even during handling - it does not slip or fall off, even when the container is tilted. Ideal for transporting sensitive or valuable materials as it protects the contents from opening. Allows safe stacking and transport.

Plastic hinged covers basicline

One-piece hinged lid, permanently attached to the box. Opens easily upwards, without the need to remove or put it down. Ideal for areas where boxes are opened frequently - saves time and simplifies work.

Plastic hinged lids basicline "The Blue Angel"

An eco-friendly version of the hinged lid made from recycled plastic with Blue Angel certification. It has the same functional properties as the standard hinged lid, but has a lower environmental impact. It complements the eco-friendly Blue Angel series by providing a comprehensive, sustainable solution.

Industries

EURO-NORM basicline boxes - universal solutions for many industries

basicline containers have been designed for universal use and are used in many industries thanks to their design, durability and functionality.

In warehouses and logistics centres, basicline containers are a key element in ensuring the efficient flow of materials. Their standardised Euro dimensions enable optimum use to be made of space on pallets and in racking systems. The containers are compatible with automatic conveyors, roller tracks, stackers and picking systems. The light grey colour facilitates identification - also using barcodes or RFID labels.

In retail distribution centres, wholesale distribution centres and e-commerce warehouses, basicline containers are used to transport and store a wide range of goods. Supermarkets use them to distribute baked goods, dairy products and packaged goods, and the containers can be loaded directly from the truck onto shelves. In e-commerce warehouses, they help with order picking due to their easy handling and labelling capabilities.

Basicline boxes meet strict hygiene standards and are therefore ideal for the food industry. The solid versions are suitable for meat and delicatessen products, the perforated versions for bread, fruit or vegetables that require air circulation. The material does not absorb odours or moisture and is harmless to health. The boxes are easy to clean by hand or in industrial dishwashers.

In industrial companies, basicline containers are widely used to store components, semi-finished and finished products. Thanks to their resistance to oils, greases and chemicals, they can be used to transport parts directly on production lines. They can be fitted with dividing partitions to protect sensitive components. Crates with an inspection window are popular due to the overview of the contents without the need for manipulation.

Green solutions

Sustainable solution with Blue Angel certification

basicline Blue Angel is the eco-friendly version of basicline boxes, made from recycled plastic and awarded the prestigious Blue Angel environmental certificate (Blauer Engel).

This certification confirms that the product meets stringent standards for environmental impact, health safety and quality.

The boxes are manufactured from high-quality recycled, closed-loop polypropylene (PP) regranulate. Their properties are comparable to standard crates - they are durable, easy to clean, stackable and meet hygiene requirements.

Blue Angel boxes have a clear certification logo on the side wall or bottom. The certification confirms that the product contains no hazardous substances, is hard-wearing and is recyclable at the end of its life. By choosing this option, you are supporting a closed-loop economy without compromising on quality.
