EURO-NORM basicline container variants

Discover the wide range of EURO-NORM basicline industrial boxes, which includes various types of panels, sizes and accessories to suit every application.

basicline plastic containers – closed

A versatile plastic box with smooth, solid sides, designed for the transport and storage of small items. The solid sides protect the contents from dust and dirt, whilst the smooth surfaces make the container easy to clean. Available in various sizes, with an optional ribbed base to increase stability and load-bearing capacity.

basicline perforated plastic containers

They are ideal wherever air circulation and quick drying after washing are important. The perforated sides and the option of a ribbed base ensure safe use in warehousing and food-handling processes. Their low weight, stable construction and compliance with Euro-Norm dimensions make them easy to transport, store and stack.

basicline plastic containers with an inspection window

The design, which features an inspection opening in the side panel, allows for a quick view inside the container and convenient access to its contents, even when the crates are stacked. It facilitates order picking and retrieval of goods, allowing items to be removed from the middle crate without having to dismantle the entire stack.

Plastic containers with hinged inspection window

The basicline container variant, fitted with a hinged flap, allows the inspection opening to be closed when access to the contents is not required. The flap is mounted on hinges and latches. This solution combines quick access to the contents with protection during storage and transport.

basicline transparent plastic containers

They allow you to quickly identify the contents without opening or removing the containers from the stack. Also available in smaller sizes, making it easier to organise and identify small items. Their smooth surfaces, compliance with Euro dimensions and compatibility with lids all contribute to efficient workflow organisation.

Closed recycled plastic containers from the basicline “The Blue Angel” range

A solution for businesses that wish to combine the functionality of the basicline range with a more responsible approach to raw materials. They retain the practical features of full containers whilst embracing the concept of reusable and recyclable packaging. An excellent choice for businesses committed to sustainability.

basicline loose-fit plastic lids

The basicline loose-fit plastic lid is designed to protect the contents of the box from dust and environmental contaminants. It allows for quick installation and removal, as well as easy access to the interior of the container. Available in versions to fit all standard basicline box sizes.

basicline “The Blue Angel” loose-fit plastic lids

The basicline Blue Angel loose-fit plastic lid is made from recycled plastic. It offers the same functionality as the standard lid, protecting the contents of the box from dust and dirt. Designed for use with all containers in the basicline range.

basicline snap-on plastic lids

They are ideal for situations where a more secure closure is required during transport and storage. The snap-lock system helps keep the lid in place, whilst compatibility with small basicline formats facilitates the organised storage of small items. This solution is convenient for day-to-day warehouse operations, order picking and transport.

basicline hinged plastic lids

The basicline hinged plastic lid is permanently attached to the box and can be opened without having to remove it. The hinged design ensures constant access to the interior of the container and makes it easier to use when the boxes are opened frequently. This is a good solution for processes where quick access to the contents is essential.

Industries

EURO-NORM basicline boxes - universal solutions for many industries

basicline containers have been designed for universal use and are used in many industries thanks to their design, durability and functionality.

In warehouses and logistics centres, basicline containers are a key element in ensuring the efficient flow of materials. Their standardised Euro dimensions enable optimum use to be made of space on pallets and in racking systems. The containers are compatible with automatic conveyors, roller tracks, stackers and picking systems. The light grey colour facilitates identification - also using barcodes or RFID labels.

In retail distribution centres, wholesale distribution centres and e-commerce warehouses, basicline containers are used to transport and store a wide range of goods. Supermarkets use them to distribute baked goods, dairy products and packaged goods, and the containers can be loaded directly from the truck onto shelves. In e-commerce warehouses, they help with order picking due to their easy handling and labelling capabilities.

Basicline boxes meet strict hygiene standards and are therefore ideal for the food industry. The solid versions are suitable for meat and delicatessen products, the perforated versions for bread, fruit or vegetables that require air circulation. The material does not absorb odours or moisture and is harmless to health. The boxes are easy to clean by hand or in industrial dishwashers.

In industrial companies, basicline containers are widely used to store components, semi-finished and finished products. Thanks to their resistance to oils, greases and chemicals, they can be used to transport parts directly on production lines. They can be fitted with dividing partitions to protect sensitive components. Crates with an inspection window are popular due to the overview of the contents without the need for manipulation.

Green solutions

Sustainable solution with Blue Angel certification

basicline Blue Angel is the eco-friendly version of basicline boxes, made from recycled plastic and awarded the prestigious Blue Angel environmental certificate (Blauer Engel).

This certification confirms that the product meets stringent standards for environmental impact, health safety and quality.

The boxes are manufactured from high-quality recycled, closed-loop polypropylene (PP) regranulate. Their properties are comparable to standard crates - they are durable, easy to clean, stackable and meet hygiene requirements.

Blue Angel boxes have a clear certification logo on the side wall or bottom. The certification confirms that the product contains no hazardous substances, is hard-wearing and is recyclable at the end of its life. By choosing this option, you are supporting a closed-loop economy without compromising on quality.
