Additional information on E Performance containers
The E Performance system is an innovative industry solution created at the initiative of the meat industry in collaboration with GSI Germany. The container series is designed for maximum stability, durability and hygiene - meeting the stringent requirements of the meat processing sector and automated production lines
Hygienic design for food safety
E Performance containers have smooth internal and external surfaces, which minimises the build-up of dirt and facilitates thorough cleaning. The rounded edges also contribute to easy hygiene and prevent the build-up of bacteria. The HDPE material is certified for food contact and is resistant to commonly used cleaning and disinfecting agents.
Design suitable for automatic systems
The special design of the box bottom, including drainage holes, ensures optimal drainage of water and detergents in automatic dishwashers. The containers are designed to ensure smooth and quiet movement on roller and belt conveyors.
Durability under difficult conditions
The use of high-quality high-density polyethylene (HDPE) guarantees that the containers are exceptionally resistant to mechanical damage, impact and high temperatures (from freezing temperatures to temperatures in industrial dishwashers). The robust construction ensures stability even under full load and frequent use, which translates into a long product life.
Personalisation options
We offer the possibility of personalising the E Performance boxes, for example by making them in a colour of the customer's choice or marking them with logos or labels for easy identification. For specific intralogistics container needs, we can also offer additional modifications.
