Trolleys for plastic crates and containers

Bekuplast perforated crates are the ideal solution for harvesting, storing and transporting plant products that require optimal ventilation. The perforations in the sides and base ensure free air circulation.

Insert containers for basicline containers

Inserts allow for flexible partitioning of the interior space of basicline containers, facilitating the sorting of small parts and components in warehousing and production processes. With options available in 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 divisions, and made from durable PP-C, the configuration can be adapted to suit a variety of logistics applications.

Partition walls for contecline containers

The partition wall system allows for flexible division of the interior into sections ranging from 1/2 to 1/8 of the total volume, which facilitates the organisation of small-item transport. The secure mounting prevents the partitions from shifting whilst in operation on conveyors, and the durable PP construction, along with the availability of an ESD version, allows the solution to be tailored to intralogistics processes.

Inserts with dividers for basicline containers

Inserts with dividers allow for the precise partitioning of the interior space of basicline containers, with options ranging from 6 to 40 compartments, making it easier to organise the transport of small items. The sturdy construction prevents the contents from shifting during handling, whilst the durable PP-C material ensures a long service life in warehouse operations.

Yes, selected products in our range are certified for direct food contact. All dividers and inserts intended for food industry are made from EU-approved materials and comply with HACCP standards. For specific requirements in the food industry, we recommend our special Blue Angel-certified ranges.

Our accessories are made of high-quality materials and have a life expectancy of at least 10 years under normal use. The lightweight plastic containers and their accessories are tested for more than 20,000 cycles of use. We provide a 5-year guarantee on all accessory products.

Yes, we offer the possibility to manufacture accessories according to your individual requirements. Whether you require special compartment dimensions, a unique insert layout or modified trolleys, our technical team will be happy to discuss personalisation options. The minimum order for bespoke production starts at 100 pieces.

All our accessories can be cleaned with standard industrial cleaning products. We recommend regular washing with lukewarm water and neutral detergent. Alcohol-based solutions or approved disinfectants can be used for disinfection. The accessories are temperature resistant from -20°C to +80°C.
