Robust and durable construction
Made of high-quality HDPE plastic that can withstand heavy loads, impacts and repeated use. The boxes are strong and will not break even during prolonged use.
Protection for bottles and goods
The integrated dividers inside the crates immobilise each bottle separately, preventing them from coming into contact with each other. This minimises the risk of glass damage.
Stackable and space-saving
The design allows the crates to be safely stacked on top of each other to maximise storage space. The boxes fit together perfectly when stacked.

Bottle boxes - types and applications available

In the bekuplast range you will find different variants of boxes designed to meet your specific beverage logistics needs.

Universal bottle cases are used for a wide range of beverages other than beer - for example, mineral water, lemonade, fizzy drinks, juice, milk or other glass and plastic bottles. They are produced in different sizes and shapes depending on the type of bottle. Typically, there are variants for 12 to 24 bottles ranging from 0.25 to 1 litre. These crates often have a more open design with larger cut-outs on the sides to reduce weight and improve visibility of the bottles. They are fully compatible with other crates and plastic containers on standard pallets.

Beer crates are containers designed exclusively for transporting glass beer bottles. bekuplast offers beer crates specially designed for 0.5 l and 0.33 l bottles. Beer crates for 20 bottles (0.5 l) or 20 bottles (0.33 l) are standard in the beer industry. Due to the high weight of full glass bottles, the crates have to be extremely robust. They have a specially reinforced construction for high strength and long life. The crates made of HDPE plastic are suitable for automated lines in breweries.

What are the standard dimensions of the boxes?

The basic dimensions of our bottle and beer crates are, for example, 400 × 300 mm, 400 × 304 mm, 400 × 330 mm or 415 × 285 mm. These standardised formats enable the crates to be stacked efficiently on plastic pallets and Euro pallets.

What colours are the boxes available in?

We supply the boxes in a wide range of colours. The most popular shades are red, blue, green, brown or black. For larger orders the boxes can be made in any colour according to customer requirements.

Can the boxes be personalised?

Yes, for consistent branding, the boxes can be branded with a high-quality print - logo, brand name or other graphic in full-colour print. This will help you maintain a consistent visual identity for your packaging.

What is the lifespan of the boxes?

Thanks to the use of high-quality HDPE plastic, bekuplast boxes have a very long service life. In normal use, they will last for many years, even with frequent use and handling. The material is resistant to UV radiation, temperature fluctuations and cleaning agents.

Do you also offer specialised 'display' boxes?

Yes, in addition to the standard full-wall boxes, we also offer special display boxes with lowered sides or large cut-outs, which allow better visibility of the bottles and an attractive presentation of the drinks directly in the packaging on the sales area.
