- Policy - this Privacy Policy.
- Data Processing - means an operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
- RODO or Regulation 2016/679 - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

- User - any natural person visiting the Service or using one or more of the services or functionalities described in the Policy.
III. Data processing in connection with the use of the Site
In connection with the User's use of the Website, the Administrator collects data to the extent necessary to provide the services offered, as well as information on the User's activity on the Website:

When viewing our Service, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. The following information is collected without your participation and is stored until it is automatically deleted:

2) the date and time of access,
3) the name and URL of the downloaded file,
4) the website from which access is made
5) the browser used and, if necessary, the operating system on your computer, as well as

The processing of data for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1) a of the RODO on the basis of your freely given consent.
IV. Purposes and legal basis for data processing on the Website
The personal data of all persons using the Website are processed by the Administrator:
- in order to ensure proper handling of customer orders;
- for the purpose of fulfilling contracts concluded with contractors;
- for analytical and statistical purposes - in this case, the legal basis of the processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f RODO) consisting in conducting analyses of Users' activities, as well as their preferences in order to improve the applied functionalities and provided services;
- for marketing purposes of the Administrator and other entities;
- for the purposes of possible establishment and investigation of claims or defence against them - the legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) consisting in the protection of his/her rights.
V. Period of personal data processing
- The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of the processing. As a rule, the data shall be processed for the duration of the service, the duration of the contract, until the withdrawal of the consent given or until an effective objection to the data processing is raised in cases where the legal basis for the data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
- The period of data processing may be extended in cases where the processing is necessary to establish and assert or defend against possible claims, and thereafter only if and to the extent required by law. After the expiry of the processing period, the data shall be irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
VI. User rights
The user has the following rights:
- Right to information about the processing of personal data - based on Article 15 of the RODO, the User may request information about the personal data processed by the Controller; In particular, you may request information regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the intended period of storage, the existence of the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of the right of complaint;
- Right to rect ification - on the basis of Article 16 RODO, you may request the immediate correction (rectification) of erroneous data or the completion of personal data stored with the Administrator;
- Right to obtain a copy of the data - on this basis the Administrator provides a copy of the processed data concerning the person making the request;
- Right to erasure of data - on the basis of Article 17 RODO the User may request the erasure of personal data stored by the Administrator, the processing of which is no longer necessary for the performance of any of the purposes for which they were collected;
- Right to restrict processing - based on Article 18 of the RODO, you may request the restriction of processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data about you, the processing is unlawful but you do not want it deleted, and we no longer need the data but you nevertheless need the data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims under Article 21 of the RODO, or if you have objected to the processing under Article 21 of the RODO;
- The right to data portability - under Article 20 of the RODO, you may receive your personal data that you have provided in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format or you may request that your personal data be sent to another controller;
- Right to withdraw consent - based on Article 7(3) of the RODO, the User may withdraw the consent given to the Administrator for the processing of personal data;
- Right to lodge a complaint - if it is considered that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the RODO or other data protection legislation, the data subject may lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
VII. Amendment of the privacy policy
- This Policy is valid from 1 May 2021 until revoked and implements the legal obligation under Articles 13 - 14 of the RODO.
The Rules and Regulations replace the Rules and Regulations previously in force. In order to continuously improve the services provided to you and to respect your rights and privacy, we reserve the right to amend these Rules and Regulations.
