Innovation capacity is our strength
The basis of bekuplast's work is the development of individual design solutions, which our development department prepares and implements with the help of state-of-the-art R&D tools. Our passion and motivation is to develop the best solution for the customer.
Every logistical challenge is different, so in order to meet it, our specialists will help you choose the most optimal solution. Together with you, we develop a requirements profile to be then implemented in our in-house development department. Throughout the entire project, a contact person from the BOK is available to advise and assist with all questions.
Design
The detailed requirements are summarised in a technical specification. Based on this, our designers begin to develop the design and produce design drawings.
Based on detailed 3D presentations, the customer receives an accurate representation of the product.
From model to form
On request, a product model can be created by means of rapid prototyping. In this process, the model is moulded layer by layer in plastic on a 3D printer.
In addition, it is possible to produce additional models with a customised test tool prior to series production in order to test them in actual use.
Series production
In the case of series production in injection moulding, the mould is built on the basis of technical drawings.
We work closely with European specialist companies when building the tool.
Quality control
The manufactured products are subjected to strict quality control in our in-house test laboratory.
After successful quality control and final customer approval, delivery of the new reusable transport packaging takes place.
